This notice explains what we collect when you use this site, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Who is responsible

What we collect
Location, at the state level. Our hosting provider's network layer tells us the U.S. state an incoming request appears to come from. We use it to decide which version of the site to show you, because we publish rankings only in certain states. We do not use it to identify you, and we do not combine it with anything else.
Your state choice. If you select or correct your state, we store that choice in a cookie on your device so you do not have to repeat it. See our cookie notice.
Server logs. Standard web request records — IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser user agent — generated automatically and used for security and troubleshooting.
Anything you send us. If you email us or use the contact form, we receive what you write and your email address, and we keep it long enough to answer you.

What we do not collect
We are not a gaming operator. We do not open accounts, take payments, hold balances, process redemptions or verify identity documents. If you register with an operator through one of our links, everything you give them is governed by their privacy policy, not this one.
Who we share it with
- Our hosting and network providers, who process requests on our behalf.
- Affiliate tracking partners, when you click a link to an operator. That click, and identifiers associated with it, are shared so the operator can attribute the referral to us. This is how we are paid.
We do not sell personal information for money.

Your rights
Residents of U.S. states with consumer privacy laws — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and Virginia among others — generally have the right to know what is held about them, to obtain a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of targeted advertising and of any sale or sharing. You may also ask us not to discriminate against you for exercising those rights.

How long we keep things
Server logs are retained for a short operational period. Correspondence is kept as long as needed to deal with the matter and any follow-up. Your state-choice cookie lasts one year unless you clear it.
Children
This site is intended for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We will update this notice when our practices change, and revise the date above.
